Our system is protected by Google Web Risk and VirusTotal. Any violating links will be automatically blocked by the system immediately.

3. Rights of tini.cx

  • We reserve the right to Suspend or Permanently Terminate your account without prior notice if you are found to be in violation of the "Prohibited Conduct" section. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.

  • We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Our service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

  • While we strive for 99.9% uptime, tini.cx shall not be legally liable for any financial, revenue, or data losses arising from system interruptions, downtime, or third-party errors.

  • We are not responsible for the content of the destination websites that users are redirected to through our system.
